left this video up as self reminder of bad example.

I must have had the phone in what would be portrait orientation when pressing record.

There are a few frames the face of a guy here who says he is American, from San Josey Calif. That he lost his passport..

He told me that story about 2 weeks ago. I bought him coffee.

After the "American" left one of the customers showed me his photo from 10 years ago.
He tells me the "American" never was but instead got in some trouble and was deported.

The "American" gets food, money or maybe if someone leaves a phone un attended it disappears.

The "American" came to the same restaurant day after I bought him coffee. Made the mistake of not having my phone... already had it in mind to catch him on camera.
No video but I confronted him directly as to being a fake American and thief.

In the above video he walked away refusing to turn to the camera. I could more than keep up but there was a friend walking with me, would have left her behind.
