I went to a Durga Puja

This weekend I went to my first Durga Puja - and saw how people away from their home and busy in work still do their best to celebrate and integrate it within their culture.
Durga symbolises the victory of good over evil which is quite relevant in today’s world as well.
We need to conquer the evil and darkness in our hearts with good and light and love and tolerance.

Over the past couple of years, we've not been able to really go for big celebrations - but this year I was kindly invited to some of Sayanti's families home for a traditional home puja.
