I believe that we are hearing a universal language being emitted from so called "Comet"Churyumov/Gerisimenko.
OR at the very least this is the language of the senders.

Possibly the bust of a great hero or heroine.
Meant to fly through the heavens broadcasting the fame and deeds of the hero.
Gleaming metal slowly being coated in dirt and cosmic dust, bathed in the rays of the several different suns of our solar system ( Uranus, Neptune, Uranus, Jupiter, Sol).
Iced when far from the sun, bathed in heat and light when near.
Drenched in moisture from the cosmic winds and
VIOLA!
You have LIFE on a "comet".
We Earthers launched VOYAGER in a similar fashion.
Voyager has left our solar system...on it's way to becoming V'GER.
