Information Mandates | Cutting the Line

The New Zealand Code of Practice for Online Safety & Harms, along with the Content Regulatory Review being undertaken by the Department for Internal Affairs pose a risk to freedom of expression in NZ.

I call these Information Mandates, as just like the mandates introduced during the Covid-19 pandemic, this Code and subsequent changes to legislation will mandate our speech in order to control the Infodemic - a pandemic of so called 'false' information.
