What sort of a team should a wholesaler have to be able to make a lot of money assigning contracts?

Good question.

First, the wholesaler should have a title company that understands wholesaling real estate and is comfortable with assignment of contracts and double closings.

Second, the wholesaler should add someone to the team that can price properties accurately such as an experienced real estate agent that they can call to confirm prices or will give them their login to the multiple listing system to run comparable sale reports. This will also help in justifying the wholesale price.
