Chatting on the Phone About Smoking and My Health

I am talking with a nurse friend about my smoking and how it is affecting my health. How my lungs are probably black and how bad the smoking is for me overall. I also discuss attempting to quit smoking, but I just can't, even though I know I should, I just enjoy it far too much! It's so relaxing!
