Electric cars solve nothing. You will need to build more and more coal burning plants to grow the electrical grid and coal burns much filthier and dirtier compared to just running the gas powered cars to begin with. And just as STUPID CA pushed solar panels 20 years ago, and didn’t plan on disposal, the heavy metals and chemicals are polluting and poisoning the landfills and groundwater because of the SWARM of dead solar panels making their way to the CA landfills right now.
