Unedited video footage from C-SPAN - filmed on January 3rd, 2015, during a congressional swearing-in ceremony - captured Joe Biden pinching the nipple of the niece of Montana Senator Steve Daines, and footage from January 2011 caught Biden flicking another girl's nipple (Caroline Bennet, the daughter of Colorado Senator Michael Bennet) with his thumb.
