Was this shoot Justified?

This episode of the Kill or Be Killed Podcast - Ludacris 's Manager Chaka Zulu shoots and kills a man outside his restaurant.

Apparently there was an argument that started inside and spilled out into the parking lot where a fight broke out and it quickly escalated into deadly force. We have the security video courtesy of TMZ and we break it down.
