Dry Rub
50 grams kosher salt
80 grams black pepper
40 grams lawry's seasoning salt

Smoked beef tallow will change the way you look at any dish that need butter or oil. it's simple and life changing. do your self a favor and make this. Don't throw away your fat trimmings or buy bulk fat from your butcher. You can also use your oven or crock pot if you don't have / want to smoke it
