Is Vladimir Putin about to win the war in Ukraine? Well, that depends on what his objective in the war is. From the beginning, I've said the war in Ukraine is about far more than conquering territory. It's about destroying the dollar-denominated western financial system. And if that's his intended goal, then yes, Putin is on the verge of winning the war.
