Manhattan Judge rules against vaccine mandates for NYC police

In a blow to government overreach, Judge Frank Nervo ruled in favor of NYC police who were fired for not taking the Covid vaccine. While the Health Department plans to appeal, his ruling is based on the lack of prior such requirements for police as a condition of employment.
