DO YOU KNOW A SCAMMER OR A BULLY? ARE YOU CONvinced?

It's highly probable that sometime in every ones life will or has been affected in some level by a scammer or a Bully or both. And if this is true, then you were either conned out of money, or property or Bullied by someones lies that CONvinced others to believe them. Is there a difference in the two? Maybe not.
