Chicago Cops caught LYING, as "The Purge" begins

Chicago Police were caught in an exchange in the streets where the officers made a statement that was later contradicted by video evidence. I normally am pro law and order, which includes calling out cops that are doing wrong. But this also calls into question why the media is presenting the story this way.
