-" I am Angela “Angie” Berrett of Angie Berrett Movement. For many years I endured child sexual abuse that left me feeling broken & unlovable. I grew up to be a Registered Nurse caring for others, but could never escape the pain inside of me.
In 2017 everything in my life hit rock bottom, & something needed to change. I started on a journey to heal the “black hole" of pain I felt inside of me, left behind from years of child abuse. Play, movement & imagination provided opportunities for me to work through the emotional & physical healing I needed to connect to my inner resilience. The more I physically moved, the more my emotional pain healed.
Now as an Intuitive Movement Coach, Registered Nurse, Advanced Trauma Informed Yoga Instructor & Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga Instructor, I help others struggling with stress, anxiety, depression & trauma use play, movement & imagination to bring more joy & peace to their lives."
