BC Teen Charged with Hate Crime after Attacking Peeping Gay Student

A peeping tom who liked to spy on the girls washroom and changing rooms was reported to the school principal 7 times but she did nothing. A male friend of one of the girls confronted the peeping Tom and told him to use the men’s washroom. Words were exchanged and the young male ended up punching the peeping Tom in the face.
He was suspended for 7 days, three weeks later he was arrested and charged with assault and public incitement of hatred. His trial is on January 7th, 2023.
