What are Robert's Rules of Order, why do they exist, and what to do when they're ignored (hint: you can sue people who abuse public trust by violating the rules, especially when YOU follow them... this makes the other person undesirable for other leadership roles and might just award you a little money. The trick is to be as public as possible, so the dictator/rule-breaker gets publicly humiliated).
