-What does this mean for me?

1.) v.36 Going Where they could not follow- the cross
-We shouldn't keep asking God when we don't like the answer
2.) v.36 It was Jesus' time to die for sinners but not Peter's
-we should not try to be more spiritual than God
3.) v.37 Peter offered what was already Christ's
-We should do what God tells us not some grandious gesture
4.) v.38 What Peter promised he couldn't even follow through
-Obedience is more important than empty words... deeds not words/promises
