A woman drops off her baby's father at a Kroger in Cincinnati, Ohio. She goes through his cell phone to find suspicious text messages between him and her sister, so she decides to drive directly at him in the grocery store parking lot. Unfortunately she also hits an innocent pedestrian who loses his life. But how was the OH judge originally letting her walk out of jail for just $500 per charge?
