Trump vs. Rubio vs. Cruz on Interstate Health Insurance

At the debate in Texas on February 25th, Marco Rubio calls Donald Trump out on his lack of a specific plan on health care, and for not knowing exactly what it means to legalize the purchase and sale of health insurance policies across state lines.

At the debate in Iowa in January, Cruz explains the plan in detail.
