Eccentric Shoulder Adduction

In this video, the controlled motion of bringing the arm down to the side is eccentric shoulder adduction. Eccentric shoulder adduction is demonstrated starting with the arm up above the head in full abduction and ending with the arm at the side with the palm facing forward which is the anatomical position for the upper extremity as seen from a back or posterior view.
