Shoulder Flexion

In this video, the motion of glenohumeral or shoulder flexion is demonstrated starting from the arm at the side of the body with the palm facing forward, which is the anatomical position for the upper extremity, and ending with the arm above the head in full flexion as seen from a front or anterior view.
