This video covers whether your college GPA matters. To put simply, it will matter for getting further education whether it be a master's program, medical school, nursing school, law school, etc.

However, when it comes to a job, your GPA might help you get an interview for some companies, but that won't always be the case. Some companies will filter out resumes that have lower than a certain GPA. Most people say this is not the case for them, but it does happen and you should be aware.

Overall you don't need a good GPA in order to get a job, you really should be working on networking, projects, getting experience, and so on.
