RECIPE BELOW: All balls and no sauce - This is the only meatball recipe you need with affordability and DELICIOUS-NESS in mind! You won't regret preparing these protein packed meatballs with absolutely NO fillers and NO sugar that leads to unnecessary carbs. Just but tender juiciness and your momma's loving in food form. What you Need:
- 8 oz pork belly
- 20 oz ground beef
- 1/4 cup grounded pork rinds
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon salt
Directions:
1. Set oven temperature to 400 degrees F
2. In a bowl, mix all ingredients listed above
3. Measure out 1 oz combined mixture and form into a ball - yields ~32 balls
4. Grease baking sheet with fat of your choice (I use tallow)
5. Bake balls for 9 minutes - then remove to flip over - Bake again for another 9 minutes.
