I felt a little tired today, and this weight felt a bit heavier/harder than when I did it with my back-off sessions, previously. However that is most likely due to the fact that before I did a heavier single first, so my body was better acclimated, thus resulting in it feeling like peanuts. I will probably do my back-off sets on my heavy single day with a bit higher weight, next time. Probably between 87.5 - 90 Kgs, depending how I am feeling. This first week I am just trying to get my feet wet with this new program; not trying to push too hard, and focusing on getting my strength and energy back, while still putting in some solid work.
