GIVE THOSE WORRIES TO GOD, AND LET HIM WORRY FOR YOU!!!! GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA MY FRIENDS!!!

As I was reading this morning's passage of scripture, God brought to my mind something that pastor Greg Laurie stated a few months ago on the issue of worry, and I wanted to share it with you guys. In particular I wanted to share this particular statement he made on what worry means, and I pray that it will challenge your heart to trust God. He states that, “The word worry comes from a term that means “to choke.” And that’s what worry does. It creates mental and emotional strangulation in your life. Worry actually makes things worse, because when you worry about the future, you cripple yourself in the present.” I found that very interesting, because I have those moments where I'm allowing worry to choke me, to cripple me, and to rule my life. I think that's why these questions from this morning's devotional were so challenging to my heart and I'd like to share them with you all tonight. Please read these questions very carefully, and I pray that they will do the same for you.

What’s the difference between worry and planning—or worry and concern?

As you look at your life, how is God daily providing?

What I'd like to do tonight, is share some things that God has shown me from his word on this matter, through this vlog I'd like to share with all of you tonight. It's a powerful reminder of how we can look to God to not only provide for our needs, but also the solution to the problems that we're having. So, as I close this post for tonight, I challenge you to live out what Pastor Greg is saying concerning this, and choose to take every care, fear, concern, and worry, and lay them at the feet of Jesus. Choose to put God first in your decision making, as well as providing for your daily needs, and watch how He works. Don't allow worry to overtake, strangle, or control you, but choose to give control of all of that God, and let Him do the worrying for you. After all, if God cares about the birds of the air, the grass, flowers, and the animals, how much more will He care about us?
