Yes, there are elite control-obsessed groups that are a threat to our rights, freedoms, and financial security. Yet many (who should know better) ascribe all of humanity's ills to these groups, and that we would all magically get along if 'they' were dealt with. People have always engaged in hurtful and evil behavior since day one. To blame all on some secret cartel is really a way to excuse our shortcomings and sins. We don't need any help to do this, unfortunately. Let's avoid this simplistic thinking.
