I recently read this moronic article from Very Well Health in which they named the Benicci glasses the best of their 10 best blue light blocking glasses of 2022. The fact checker, medical doctor, editors and writer all must be complete fools or outright scammers because as you'll see in this video, the Benicci blue light blocking glasses dont fricking block blue light. I also show you the trick they use to scam you into thinking their blue light blocking glasses work.

If this is the quality of advice Very Well Health puts out and uses a doctor and "fact checker" to back it up, I'm not listening to a damn thing they say anymore.
