It's Confiscatory Theft, not a "Mandatory" Gun Buyback!!!!

Since 3 November, there's been more talk about "mandatory gun buybacks." Any such policy should be considered a violation of the 2d Amendment. But this is America 2020! But beyond that issue, the reality is that the terms "mandatory" and "buy" are contradictory. The phrase "mandatory gun buyback" makes as much logical sense as would the term "consensual rape"!
