This is the third of a series of videos in which I explain how Americans viewed the issues related to the 2nd Amendment AT THE TIME! This first video focused on the context within which the Amendment was adopted, and the meaning of its language. The second video focused on Virginia. With this third video I move north and examine five States--Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York.
