This new PAYPAL policy just broke twitter!. $2500 fine for misinformation!.

PayPal broke the Internet Saturday when an updated terms of service was released detailing a new policy where by users would be fine to $2500 for sharing what PayPal deem to be hate speech or misinformation. The release included a link to a page where the terms of service were spelled out, which has since been removed, and PayPal have released A statement that the terms of service were released in error. Oops, let the cat out of the bag there.
