A gritty and Dark crime drama set in a city going mad with junkies and homeless people killing each other in the streets. We step in the shoes of FBI agent Ethan Thomas tracking down a crazed killer called " The Matchmaker" but in the middle of the investigation officers are shot with his weapon and he is blamed for their deaths. So now Ethan will have to race against time and be one step ahead of the FBI to prove his innocence and find the culprit.
