After buying their smaller 90 piece tool set for in my car, I was impressed with the variety and quality of these Hart tool kits for the money. When I saw their 215 piece tool kit was on sale for under $100 I wanted to give it a try as I think it's very competitive with similar offerings from Pittsburgh and Husky but at a lower price.
