A hard lesson for truthers, admit your wrongs and come back strong.

It is easy to be calm and bullshit yourself on camera but once alone, the darkness and loneliness descends.

Even I, after all these dark years, fall deep into depression and weakness of anger, the emotions that feed, so I admit to myself and any bugger that listens my faults and wrongdoings.

I will be back better.
