Graphene Oxide + Quantum Dot tattoo = Neural Interface (repost from July 2021)

DARPA has been experimenting with neural interface devices (quantum dot tattoo) that utilize nanoparticles, hydrogel and graphene oxide in the development of neural networks. It's also refered to as "Voice of God" technology.
