You apparently don't need to feed, care for and house these people anymore. Just kill them. And keep in mind they try to name all kinds of people insane who are not, only to control, jail and kill them where nobody can see it. There will be a payday in this one for the family. The need to sue the cops in their "personal capacity"...if more of that happened these gun happy criminals with a badge would think twice about murdering someone.
