We have totally changed the structure of the In The Process podcast, trialing a new format with this episode and using it for the rest of the week to assess its viability. In an attempt to clean up the structure and set it on more definite lines, we have divided the body of the podcast into three main segments and we are aiming to keep the show length under an hour consistently. We would love to hear any feedback on the new format.

We discuss the new format, the catalyst for it and for our new focus of establishing daily routines. We then move on to Yuzha's discovery today about herself and her work, utilising Human Design as the tool for the improvement of both, before finishing with a reflection on the day with a tarot card we pulled for it as a reference point.
