smoked queso is the perfect party food for quests! cook up a pound of burger, chop an onion, 2 cans diced tomato, 1 brick velveeta, brick gouda, brick sharp, brick of cream cheese and cook indirect on a grill at 225 degrees for an hour then mix and cook another hour. add jalapeno if desired heat is wanted.
