Homemade English Toffee Ice Cream

Today I'm making Ice Cream. This is a no cooking recipe and could not be easier. If you are thinking about getting an ice cream maker, the Cuisinart 2 qt unit I use in this video is not a bad choice. I am not sponsored or have any links that I get any money from. This is just my experience with having this machine for several years. It works well, is easy to use and cleanup is really easy too. Homemade English Toffee Ice Cream recipe

Basic Vanilla Ice Cream
3 cups Heavy Cream
1 ½ cups Whole Milk
1 1/8 cups granulated Sugar
2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Add this to make it Toffee Ice Cream
3 full size Heath Bars, Frozen and smashed
2 tbsp Caramel Sauce, for flavoring the ice cream
1/4 cup Caramel sauce for adding swirl at the end.
