Iran has been using ambulances to transport prisoners away from protest sites. A video I worked on yesterday (https://youtube.com/shorts/MsAjeR89e70?feature=share) showed some ambulances outside of a detention center. With the help of some others, I geolocated the the site to 35.794781, 51.385489 - the Notorious Evan Prison.
