SHOOTER ACTED IN 'SELF-DEFENSE' IN TRIPLE SHOOTING THAT KILLED 2, POLICE SAY

Police responded to several calls for a shooting in the parking lot of Steam Pub on Second Street Pike in Upper Southampton around 11:30 p.m. The shooter was one of the callers, and remained on scene until police arrived, according to the DA's office. During the investigation it was shown the 21-year-old shooter, who has a valid gun permit, acted in self-defense. Police say they don’t expect charges to be filed at this time.
