Samurai and Yokai

I thought i present some artworks from great japanese masters of the past, with some of my own work mixed in. (probably a stupid idea since now my stuff stands in comparison to those.)
I wonder if someone mistakes some of my stuff with the old masters, but i doubt it XD

(Pictures were not the best quality though so i had to polish them up, and also those in this vid are all cut out from their background and sometimes i added design elements like a circle in the background so they work better on T-shirts n stuff. Also on some of them like the cow-spider demon i added legs where they were cut off from the border of the painting. (I wonder if anyone would've noticed if i didn't told you.)

The topic of Yokai is pretty interesting, btw. There are tons of different and pretty creative ones. Old folklore from around the world is superior to what we get today most of the time by the corporate media machines, wich is sadly mostly jumpscares and explosions and not deep metaphoric stuff like the old legends have to offer.
