Checking in again… (just rambling/small update)

Hey guys I haven’t checked in in a couple weeks or more, no big changes but hopefully my body’s on the upswing? What a mess, I’ve been out two months due to surgery/complications…. Just wanted to say hi and shoot the breeze.
