Faust Checho dives into the idea that there’s no such thing as now because with the amount of time it takes the rods and cones in our eyes to process light, time has already passed so everything we see is technically in the past.

This demonstration of the theory of relativity is even more apparent deep in space where for example any image of Mars we see is actually from 3 minutes in the past as that’s how long it takes light to travel from Mars to Earth.
