David Dean Willhoite Port Townsend. City of Port Townsend acts as if they help the Trans Community, help men who identify as women, they terrorized David Willhoite.

This Disrespect did not happen in an instant, it happened after years of torment by the City of Port Townsend, the Port Townsend Police, and Men at the OlyCap Shelter. No One helped this Trans Person. I was the only one who even tried to tell his story.
