I started growing sprouts, or Micro Greens in my home because of a shortage in my area, but maybe there are other reasons you would like to grow some of your food at home. Whatever your reason is I encourage you to try. If nothing else, this has been a rewarding experience for me. Be so very blessed.

The National Center for Home Food preservation is a wonderful resource for preserving your harvest. I am not affiliated with them, but I use this resource every time I preserve food.
