Pritzker again signals changes to SAFE-T Act as lawsuits stack up

Gov. J.B. Pritzker has again signaled changes to the controversial SAFE-T Act that would eliminate cash bail for some criminal offenses as state's attorneys from across the state file lawsuits to block the law.
