Splitting Massive Coconuts

Some huge coconuts being opened with very nice knife skills in this coconut stand that is a local favorite. Surprisingly all the workers had all fingers at last count. Had to try these giant coconuts, not as sweet as young Thai coconuts but very nice and on a hot day in Luang Prabang nothing beats a fresh coconut.
