This was the last set of my back-off work, after my 105 Kgs Paused Heavy Single. I increased the weight of this back-off set from 85 Kgs to 90 this week, as I think 85 was a bit low for just this simple back-off work. I kept the volume the same though, to not beat myself up too bad, and leave a little room to acclimate. Next week I will try and add a rep to each set, and see how hat goes. I am really try to focus on staying tight, doing good solid pauses, maintaining constant leg drive, and then being as explosive yet controlled as possible. It is more exhausting then it looks! Especially after a few sets. However, they feel good overall!
