Jesus said, “if the son set’s you free you are free indeed.” Citizens of the United States, if we are paying attention, are witnessing what we call injustice to our personal freedoms and God given rights! New Zealand, Australia, Canada, and many in Europe and around the world, all perpetrating authoritarian rule in their countries. I find it very interesting that the commentators in the U.S. are not quoting Jesus, we hear them quoting George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Paine. I believe this is a fair statement and why aren’t we asking the question?
